About You:

You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills

Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with the kitchen team

Passion for cooking, a passion for Caribbean cuisine is desirable

At least 1 year experience in a professional Kitchen with emphasis on prep

Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high standard of food quality and presentation

Have good understating of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations
